What is WB24?
WB24 is a cloud platform for managing and automating a vending business. It provides real-time telemetry and monitoring, cashless online payments and sales fiscalization. WB24 works with a single machine or a large network 24/7.
Which vending machines does WB24 support?
Any vending machine with the MDB, Executive or DEX/UCS protocol: coffee and water machines, snack machines and micro-markets, self-service car washes and laundries, technical-fluid machines, parcel terminals, automatic storage lockers and attractions. You can connect your own equipment via API or use ready-made WB24 hardware.
Do I need a fiscal recorder (RRO) for vending?
Currently WB24 supports a software PRRO with QR receipts shown on screen, so a separate physical RRO is not required. Fiscalization complies with the legislation of Ukraine and Moldova.
How can customers pay at a vending machine with WB24?
WB24 works through internet acquiring — no physical payment terminal is used on the machine. The customer scans a QR code on the machine's screen or taps their phone on the NFC tag to open the acquiring operator's payment page, and pays online (Visa/MasterCard cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay).
Does WB24 work without an internet connection?
Yes. The on-machine module caches operations while offline and transmits them automatically once the connection is restored, so no sales data is lost.
How much does WB24 cost?
WB24 has a free plan (€0) for 1 machine, 1 user and 1 cash register with up to 100 days of order history. The Optimal plan starts at €0.10 per machine per day and adds workgroups, acquiring and Telegram integrations. The Premium plan starts at €2.60 per machine per month from 30 machines. An individual license is available by agreement.
Can I integrate WB24 with my own software?
Yes. WB24 has an open API and integrates with acquiring systems and Telegram. You can connect existing equipment via the API or use a ready-made WB24 solution.
What hardware does WB24 offer?
WB24 offers the GSM-WB24 telemetry module for full machine control, acquiring-terminal connection and cloud fiscalization, plus a TFT module — a contactless NFC/QR payment and information terminal with a 2.8" screen, available as an overhead case or built in.
How does WB24 notify operators about failures?
WB24 sends instant Telegram notifications about failures, emergencies, vandalism attempts and required service or replenishment, so operators can respond quickly and minimize downtime.
What languages and regions does WB24 support?
